Is W.H. Baker the Mr. Baker former owner of the Ford garage at the bottom of town?
Can anyone shed some light on this?
William Henry Baker is my great grandfather and started his garage in early 1900s
When he died in the 1930s his sons took over the garage and then when they retired their sons including Malcolm Baker took over until it closed. Sorry some of the dates are vague
